We try to ensure that all images of our designs are as accurate as possible; please be aware though that due to lighting conditions at the time of capture and colour variations between individual monitors etc.. it is a possibility that there may be slight differences.

Descriptions of our designs are for your guidance and our artistic representation only. We try to be accurate on our descriptions regarding things such as product sizes; but you will note that these are all approximate

All information on this site is deemed to be accurate on the day that it was placed; we are not however to be held responsible for any honest errors that may have occurred. Please feel free to inform us if you see any errors or out of date information and we will be happy to correct it immediately.

Postage & Returns 

All items ( except for charm bracelets) are sent via 1st class post within 48 hours of cleared payment Mon-Fri only, for any orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday; there is a possibility that it will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

All charm bracelets will be sent via ' Recorded Delivery ' due to their uniqueness; so they will require a signature upon receipt . It is your responsibility to make arrangements for the item to be safely received. Royal Mail will however leave a card for you to make new arrangements or for collection at a sorting office within 7 days; after this time it will be returned to ourselves, if this happens and you still want the goods; you will be recharged postage for the item to be redelivered.

Delivery costs for all purchases via this website are £1.50 only, per order ( order as many items as you wish in a single order to qualify for the one off delivery charge...Personal purchases only apply - not wholesale) Any separate orders made will be charged delivery again.

Delivery costs on our eBay and Etsy sites vary. Please refer to the product specifics for pricing. We do happily combine postage though on these sites, again please refer.

If any of your invoices total up the delivery charges incorrectly or you are unsure of the charges; please let us know and we will correct them for you and send a revised Paypal invoice.

We do accept returns and refund under most circumstances apart from if we deem the item to have been damaged by you!

For all other returns we will refund the cost of the goods only; not the delivery charge or the costs incurred by you for the return...unless otherwise agreed in advance. The delivery charges will of course be automatically refunded in the case of faulty items being received or damaged during delivery. We promise in the case of faulty or damaged goods to replace any item where we can or if a replacement isn't possible; we will refund.
